This session was made for the "Urbe Bikini" magazine, in wich I´ve been working since april 05. Was shoot on a strippers local and the model (the precious Gaby Acuña) has nothing to do with, she´s a TV host. But she has a very good shape and a even BIGGER attitude and went flawless in this pose. Made with 2 studio flashes against the camera.
Glad to read your posts!
Really beautiful woman and even more beautiful control of the lighting. The flashes must not have been very high powered as they allowed the darkness to creep in and didn't overpower the lighting behind the model.
The pose and the pole are wonderful for making the photograph horizontal without seeming too wide.
Really a wonderful shot.

I know that is not much easy make photo in disco-night ambient.
But you make this very well!
Congrats for the light and shadows and of course for the rest.
Keep it up!
she should give up her tv host career in pursuit of a new one
lighting is excellent on this photo.. i alays wondered about stuff like this, with the glossy floors and poles, to avoid reflections.. seems you've done a great job.
Pole dancers have a power and an aura that you've captured very well here. I love the lighting - excellent for the shot, while being what I assume is realistic
It's even more worthy of praise given that the model isn't a pole dancer.
